This was probably the worst car rental experience I have ever had. Every other rental bus went by twice before the Thrifty bus showed up at Logan. The ride...This was my first time renting a car and all in all, it really wasn't so bad. The bus at Logan arrived just as I stepped outside. They didn't have the car...It's a no frills service, but they do pass the savings onto you. I did spend almost a half hour waiting at the Logan airport for the bus to take me there....
